SEO terms and conditions
SEO Service Terms
These service terms form part of the Gravity Co Terms & Conditions and applies to all SEO services provided by Gravity Co Pty Ltd.
These terms apply in addition to our general Terms & Conditions.
1. Scope of SEO Services
Gravity Co provides SEO services which may include, but are not limited to:
- SEO audits and strategy development
- Keyword research and optimisation
- Technical SEO recommendations
- On-site SEO implementation
- Content strategy and optimisation
- Link-building campaigns
- Local SEO services
- Google Business Profile optimisation
- Reporting and performance monitoring
Additional services may be offered separately, including:
- Competitor analysis
- Industry benchmarking
- Conversion tracking setup
- Content writing
- Copy editing
- Landing page development
- Technical website improvements
Exclusive industry or geographic rights may be offered at Gravity Co's discretion and may incur additional fees.
Additional fees may apply where requested work falls outside the agreed scope or where campaign complexity materially increases.
2. Initial Term
SEO services are provided under a minimum fixed term of five (5) months ("Initial Term").
The Initial Term commences once:
- The campaign has gone live; and
- Target keywords have been approved by the Client in writing.
The Client acknowledges that Gravity Co requires the full Initial Term to effectively implement and optimise SEO activities.
3. Cancellation
The Client may only cancel during the fifth (5th) month of the Initial Term.
A minimum of thirty (30) days' written notice must be provided prior to the conclusion of the fifth month.
Cancellation is not permitted before completion of the Initial Term.
No cancellations will be accepted during any agreement period spanning December and January.
Where an agreement overlaps December and January, any cancellation notice may only take effect after January and remains subject to the required notice period.
Fees remain payable throughout any notice period.
4. SEO Access Requirements
The Client must provide:
- Website CMS access
- Website hosting access where required
- Google Analytics access
- Google Search Console access
- Access to relevant SEO tools where applicable
- Authority to implement SEO-related changes
Gravity Co is not responsible for reduced performance caused by delayed access, approvals, or implementation restrictions.
5. SEO Performance Disclaimer
The Client acknowledges that SEO performance is influenced by factors beyond Gravity Co's control.
Gravity Co does not guarantee:
- Search rankings
- Organic traffic levels
- Lead volumes
- Sales outcomes
- Revenue increases
Results may be affected by:
- Search engine algorithm updates
- Competitor activity
- Market conditions
- Website limitations
- Hosting issues
- Client delays
- Failure to implement recommendations
Where the Client declines or delays implementation of recommended actions, Gravity Co's responsibility for campaign outcomes is reduced accordingly.
